Why the Rowan tree?

The rowan is the tree that digs in and thrives where others can't: rocky ground, high winds, constant change. Much like running a growing business. Folklore says it protects whoever plants one. Founded in 2012, Karen took the name because that's exactly the work. Sixteen years on, it's still the job description, and still what we love: helping growing businesses and their people dig in, grow and thrive. Whatever the ground.
